The zero draft on the SDGs: steps forward and backward since the report of the open working group

The first section of the Zero Draft displays a structure that is more coherent and orderly than the introduction to the Open Working Group (OWG) report. The division into 8 subtitles (Introduction, Our Commitment and Shared Principles, Our World Today, Our Vision, The New Agenda, Implementation, Follow-Up and Review, and A Call for Action to Change the World) makes it possible to distinguish the member states’ vision, their level of ambition and, therefore, their political approach more clearly than was the case with the OWG report. This new document is more clearly explicit about the tacit agreements, as well as the points of view about crucial issues such as the development model and the environment, the leading role given to the business sector and the significance that the Agenda carries for member states in terms of commitments and obligations.

Que se passe-t-il depuis le début de l’année 2015 pour que les budgets formation soient divisés par deux ou quasi absents, alors que la nouvelle loi sur la formation professionnelle a renforcé l’accès des demandeurs d’emploi à la formation ?
Le manque de moyens pour former les jeunes en emplois d’avenir et des salariés en insertion est patent.
Sébastien Darrigrand, secrétaire général de l’UDES explique et s’en inquiète : « Le montant de la dotation de l’Etat pour la formation professionnelle a été divisé par deux, tout comme l’argent du Fonds paritaire de sécurisation des parcours professionnels (FPSPP) ». En 2015, Seulement 10 millions d’euros seront consacrés aux parcours professionnels des jeunes, soit la moitié de l’année dernière. Sans oublier qu’en 2013, il y avait eu un appel à projets du FPSPP qui a fortement contribué au démarrage de la formation du programme emplois d’avenir.

Martine Pinville : nouvelle secrétaire d’Etat à l’ESS
июня 18, 2015 15:11 - no comments yetDeux nouvelles secrétaires d’Etat ont rejoint mercredi le gouvernement Valls, les députées PS Clotilde Valter et Martine Pinville, à la faveur d’un mini-remaniement, qualifié d'«ajustement technique» par l’Elysée et qui ne bouleverse ni la parité ni les équilibres politiques.
Clotilde Valter a été nommée à la Réforme de l’Etat et à la Simplification auprès du Premier ministre. Quant à Martine Pinville, elle hérite du portefeuille du Commerce, de l’Artisanat, de la Consommation et de l’Economie sociale auprès du ministre de l’Economie, en remplacement de Carole Delga, en lice pour les régionales de décembre dans le Midi.
