Azeb Girmai, climate lead LDC Watch (from Ethiopia) said: having studied the sections relating to finance, we find throughout the text that the new emphasis is to reduce the previous certainty that developed countries should provide financial support to developing countries.
For example, in Article 4 Adaptation (sub-article.12) the text has changed from indicating that developed countries shall provide support to developing countries, to simply stating that developing countries need support. This is a move from the principles of the Climate Convention that developed countries’ had a historical responsibility to provide finance to developing countries (LDCs and Africa). This new theme, which discounts developed countries’ responsibility runs through the document.

The Hotel Bauen definitely for workers
декабря 11, 2015 15:05 - no comments yetThe Argentine Congress approved on 26 November the expropriation of Hotel Bauen and its ownership by the worker cooperative Buenos Aires Una Empresa Nacional (Bauen), which regroups 130 workers that recovered and managed the hotel since 2003, after its owners went out of business following the 2001 crisis. Por Secretaria-Executiva do FBES
O Fórum de Cooperativismo Popular (RJ) e o Fórum Paranaense de Economia Solidária renovaram suas coordenações para o triênio 2015-2018. Segundo o Estatuto da Coordenação Nacional do FBES, agora as representações sofrem troca a cada 03 anos. Pelo Rio de Janeiro assume a Elza Santiago (Bordadeiras da Coroa), Luiz Antunes (Cooperativa ABC) e Rosimery Gomes Faces do Brasil. Pelo Paraná, temos agora a Keiko Rosana Sato (EES), Vanessa Silveira - (EES) e Marcos José Ferreira - EAF - Curitiba.
