Marta Calvo, actriz del Teatro del Barrio, esa cooperativa de la economía solidaria que defiende la cultura como herramienta para hacer política, es la protagonista de “La liberal Infiltrada”, un monólogo en el que (no haremos spoiler) una espía del mercado capitalista descubre una nueva amenaza para su sistema: la celebración de la V Feria de la economía solidaria… Pronto en las pantallas de vuestros móviles… En dos versiones cortas (capítulos 1 y 2) y en un capítulo con el monólogo completo.

Income, wage gaps, and poverty in Canada

New Census numbers released this week show that overall incomes have risen in the past ten years in Canada. This is excellent news. Economic growth driven by rising wages is growth we can feel, growth that translates into a better life.
However, not all Canadians are having the same experience. When you look at different parts of Canada, and different Canadians, you see some important differences. This Census release doesn’t include the differences in income and poverty experienced by racialized, indigenous, and immigrant groups. For that information, we have to wait another month. However, you can already see differences in the wages of men and women and very different levels of poverty depending on which city you live in (or if you live in a city at all).

Dans le cadre des actualités et du projet de notre coordination, des moyens de sa mise en œuvre, de ses déclinaisons territoriales, et les
nécessaires adaptations que nous imposent les ressources en présence, l'AG statutaire sera suivie d’un temps de travail en ateliers.
Cette démarche participative sera l’occasion, en présence de nos partenaires associatifs et institutionnels, d’explorer les enjeux de dialogue civil, et d’approfondir une stratégie d’une politique Vie associative en région, à l’heure où l’action publique est en pleine mutation.
Ces ateliers se déclineront sur la base des thématiques structurant le projet du Mouvement associatif :
- Engagement et bénévolat
- Structuration de la vie associative
- Économie et emploi
- Développement des coopérations par l’interconnaissance et l’organisation
